what we do
Parish Nursing Ministry is defined as a unique, specialized practice of professional nursing that focuses on the promotion of holistic health within the faith community. We support members with information to raise awareness of the relationship between health and spiritual well being. Health is an individuals gift to treasure and care for.
Nurses have a variety of roles...
Health educator
Parish Nurses do not provide “hands-on” patient care such as that offered by home health nurses. We assist people toward the most appropriate health care providers. We do not replace the Pastor’s healing mission, but support and enhance their reach and effectiveness.

Virus transmission can be minimized with testing, high quality masks, and ventilation.
