Minister
Pastor Young Tae Lee 262-242-4770 Rev. Dr. Young Tae Lee is an elder in the Wisconsin Conference of the United Methodist Church, called to serve in cross-cultural ministry. Rev. Dr. Lee has served within the Wisconsin Conference at Oakfield United Methodist Church and Tabor Global Methodist Church in Eden, Wisconsin for six years, and at Christ United Methodist Church in Watertown for five years. His family remains in South Korea, while he and his spouse, Ahyun Lee, a professor at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, now make their home in the United States. |

Office Manager
Carol Bayne 262-242-4770 I have been the Office Manager at MUMC since 2019. With a degree in Corporate Communications (Siena Heights University), I had an 18-year career in Employee Communications before leaving the corporate world to become a stay-at-home mother to my only daughter, Alison. Returning to work at MUMC has been a joy!

Minister of Children's Ministries
Gayle Meyer I am the Children’s Ministry Director. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Psychology and Social Work. My husband and I have two grown sons. Our family joined Mequon United Methodist Church in 2001. At that time, I joined the Children’s Ministry team, supporting and teaching Sunday School. I also worked at Mequon Junior Kindergarten teaching preschool. I have a passion for teaching children and helping them create a strong faith foundation that they can build on. |
Music Director Amelia Spierer Amelia has extensive experience with vocal music programs including; Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, Cardinal Stritch, Basilica of St. Josaphat, and Cathedral of St. John. She is also pursuing a degree in Music Therapy at Alverno College. Her education also includes Master's of Music in Vocal Performance, Rutgers University, and Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance, University of Wisconsin-Madison. |

Pianist
Juan Pablo (JP) Horcasitas JP has recently joined the MUMC staff! He currently holds the Chair of the Piano Department and Piano Faculty Position at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. Since his Carnegie Hall debut in 2009, he has been performing as a concert, collaborative pianist, and conductor all over the world. He is also an active educator and music director, having served at music schools and St. Athanasius Church in New York City. In addition to his duties at MUMC, he is the Chair of the Piano Department and has a Piano Faculty position at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. |
