Kathy's House
600 North 103rd Street,
Milwaukee
Your support and gifts to
Kathy’s House have been very much appreciated. As you know, Kathy’s House is
dedicated to the memory of Kathy Vogel Kuettner who died on July 4, 2000 after a
year long battle with cancer. Her wish was to provide assistance and comfort to
cancer patients and their families.
Kathy’s House has now become
Kathy’s House - a volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) facility at 600 North 103rd
Street, Milwaukee - near several hospitals and Ronald McDonald House. This "Home
Away from Home" consists of 18 bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. The
House also has a kitchen and dining room for guest use, a gathering room with a
cozy fireplace, a meditation room, a media room, computer center, an exercise
room, offices, laundry facilities for guests and a recreation room for children
and adults. Some of the rooms are handicap accessible. The mission of Kathy’s
House is to provide overnight accommodations and emotional support for
individuals and families who require extended hospital or outpatient care while
they are away from their homes. Everyone will be welcome at Kathy’s House.
Your help is requested.
Mini-work days and tours have been scheduled for every Monday, Wednesday and
Saturday in April and May from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Call 262-308-4090 to set up a

A disaster can happen
anywhere, anytime. When it does, compassionate people want to help. However, a
well-meaning, but untrained, volunteer may be worse than no volunteer at all. If
you have ever wanted to help those so greatly affected by disaster, here is your
chance.
